Light of Bengal on Rose Street is a luxury Indian restaurant in Aberdeen city centre, just off Union Street. It offers fine dining, authentic Bengali and Indian cooking and a range of drinks, and welcomes groups as well as couples. The restaurant was named Asian Restaurant of the Year for Scotland at the Asian Curry Awards in both 2024 and 2025. It opens every afternoon and evening, and offers takeaway and delivery as well as dine-in, with vegetarian options on the menu. It is one of the most recognised Indian restaurants in the north-east of Scotland.
